All items purchased on web-store are packaged and dispatched for our studio in South East London. Throughout the week (excluding Bank holidays and weekends), We quality check, package and deliver the parcels to be shipped off for next day delivery (UK). All orders attain a tracking number, delivery times will vary depending on your location. We encourage our customer to check their tracking number on the Royal Mail website. Should you not have received a tracking number please contact us.
All our parcels are delivered via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed service. We aim for your items to be delivered the next working day (excluding Sundays) We offer free shipping on all orders Over £100 within the UK Standard Shipping £8
The EU/UK have reached a zero tariff and duties agreement meaning all shipments to EU from the UK (our base) will not incur any duties or taxes. Shopping will continue as normal with us, however you may incur a small handling fee charge depending on country/courier! All Parcels being delivered inside the EU are sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' service. We endeavour to have all EU shipment's delivered in 3 - 5 working days. All our parcels that are sent internationally are sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and signed' service. We desire to have all international shipments delivered in 5 - 10 working days. We offer free shipping on all orders Over £350 Standard Shipping £30
Returns will be accepted 14 days from the received date. Item(s) must be returned in the sale condition it was received, including tags and packaging. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Return Postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. Sale items can not be refunded Once we receive your returned item and it has passed a quality check at the warehouse we will issue a refund via your original payment method, please allow 7-14 working days for this to be processed.
EU and international buyers, Please note – duties and customs paid at delivery are not refundable. At this point of time, We do not offer exchanges. Please return your unwanted order and then purchase your preferred item in a new order.
